Interested in purchasing a home on a lot (not on the river or water) in Matagorda town proper. Minimum 2-2 with garage and or storage building.
City water w/good water pressure.
Looking for Owner Finance and will consider a clean Mobile home. I would really appreciate a reasonably priced place as well. Might consider a lot with water as long as I can place an RV on it prior to a house.
