Looking for a good recipe to use on ling.

The good old wrap chunks in a piece of bacon and marinade in Italian Dressing then grill works mighty fine up here!

Leave skin on fillet rub pesto available @ any grocery store in cold dip section on meat side then grill skin down till meat is flakey. Pull fish off leaving skin on grill its better than a steak.
