We are looking to purchase something down near port a, port OC, etc.. Would like waterfront with some access to Gulf. I really dont know the area that well as i normally fish out of Galveston or Freeport. Any suggestions on where I should start my search would be appreciated. Timing is =- 6 months. Looking for 3 to 4bdrm, relatively modern, not a fixer upper....
