Private owner selling a 1998 Ford Expeditino Eddie Bauer edition. 2 Wheel drive with towing package. 5.4L engine (the bigger one) 197K miles. I put 127K on the truck since I bought it from Car Max. Tan leather interior with third row removable seat. Includes all Eddie Bauer options such as: Rear air, power windows, power locks, two remotes with keys, PS, PB, power drivers seat, CD changer Mach 1 system, alloy wheels, running boards, standard roof rack, rear reciever hitch and much more.
I've added a few extras: Towing brake controller, large roof basket, front receiver hitch (for backing boat easily), husky plastic floor mats and rear cargo mat. This is a great truck to use for towing your bay boat. I use this truck often for towing our boats to the landing in Grand Isle, LA.
Always service properly by myself with oil changes every 3000 miles as I used this as a truck to make sales calls in the Gulf Coast. 80% left on tires. (I've changed water pump, battery, hoses, belts, A/C compressor/dryer, 4 coils, brakes, timing chains, trans fluid, diff oil and many other items in the time I have owned the truck. Engine and transmission have never been out of it.)
The only two issues are cosmetic. 1) There is a dent on the back lower left side behind the drivers side rear wheel. Someone backed into me in a parking lot and of course they left the scene. Easy fix or easy to ignore. 2) There is a cut in the carpet that you see when opening the driver's door. This was there when I bought the truck.
Price discounted from the typical middle road private party value of $5200 based on these issue. $4450
Runs great, A/C works well, drives great, pulls trailers well, hauls people well and the paint still shines. Truck is clean and has current inspection.
