Family of five (me and 4 girls) have outgrown our current home in the Santa Fe area. I have skills and am open to a "fixer upper" as long as it is not too far gone. May also be open to a lease / buy deal. We would prefer to live outside the city limits of Santa Fe but are not locked into that if the house is in a kid friendly neighborhood.
