I have a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo (SLEEPS 4) at the Christie Lodge in Avon, CO that I want to rent out for my timeshare week in 2010. Pictures of the "typical" unit decor and floor plan available upon request. Or see www.Christielodge.com (http://www.Christielodge.com).
The time is a FLOATING week 1 - 14 or week 50 - you choose your week and I'll book it for you. Check in/out is Saturday to Saturday.
Buy NOW to secure the best dates (Valentines week, spring break week, etc. - hurry if you want the hottest high demand weeks).
Prime ski season rental rates are $229 - $249 per night (verifiable on web site).
I am asking $1400 for the entire 7 nights for 2010 ski season. Payment with money order, cashiers check or though Pay Pal accepted.
1 queen bed, separate cot bed in bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in living room, wood burning fire place, free wireless internet, hot tubs, heated pools, workout room, lounge, 2 restaurants on site MANY in walking distance, free bus service to/from Beaver Creek and around town of Avon. Cheap county bus service to/from Vail Village, airport, and general area (about $6 per 24 hrs. unlimited rides).
The condo has fridge, micro wave, hot skillet, coffee maker and toaster - no oven or full range -- but there are sereval gas grills available for cooking -- I did steaks, brats and fried bacon on the grills while I was there in 2009.
The Christie Lodge is in the heart of Avon, CO -- it's a free 5 minute bus ride to the main lodge at Beaver Creek Ski resort -- IMO the BEST ski resort is Colorado.... and you can get to Vail on a city bus for $6 round trip.
The lodge has 24 hour "hotel desk" workout facility, on-site restaurants and ski equipment rental, car rental and 24/7 concierge service too.
The accomodations are great for the price and you will not be dissatisfied in my opinion based on the value for the price paid.
It is NOT the Ritz Carlton or the Westin at Bachelor Gulch --- but you'll get a full WEEK for the prince of 1 night at the Ritz and about 1.5 nights at the Westin during the prime ski season and the logde is plenty fine for 4 guys, 4 gals, a couple or 2 couples, or a family of 4. I own a second week and plan to go myself in 2010, just can't use both weeks this time around!!!
You can fly in/out of Denver, CO and rent a car or fly in/out of Vail/Eagle County airport (EGE) --- I paid less than $200 for roundtrip on United for my trip in February 2009 to/from EGE, saved the price of a rental car altogher and skied 3 days at Beaver Creek and 2 at Vail. Continental flies 1 non-stop to/from EGE every day of the week during ski season... prices are variable, but reasonable if you watch for the discounts!!!!
PM me if interested....
