I own 2 houses in Clute, and they are for sale. They both currently have renters in them under a 1 year contract, and are approx. 1/2 way thru the lease. This is a great investment opportunity for someone. I'm just in a position now where I need to sell them. (new baby etc)
These 2 houses are small wood frame houses built in the early 1950's, but are clean and recently remodeled. Both houses are on the same lot, but each have their own driveway. It's a corner lot. The houses are small, one is a 1 br 1 ba, the other is a 2br 1 ba.
