1984 sub for a lease. I purchased it on here from GOLDENACRES at $2250. Didn't get the title, but he has the previous owners name. He just didn't swap it over and he said the wife lost it. I just had it at the lease for 4 years. Bought a new home and gave up on the lease. I need to get some patio work done (new concrete slab) so I figured I'd offer it up before deer season. Looking to get roughly $1750 for it to pay for patio work Or will trade for 10x20 slab in Portland, Tx.
