I have a jackplate that still works it does go up and down if you hook up a pump but its leaking either from the hose or from the hyd cylinder. I replaced it and its just taking up space in my garage. it could be used as a set back plate, converted to a manuel jackplate or repaired to work like normal. You would need the pump I have for sale though.
