79 model boat trailer for 17 1/2' boat. Been sitting for 10 years. No winch, boards or brackets. Tires still have air, but may be dry rotted. Wheels are good. Accepts 2" ball. Some rust, but not bad on frame. Tail lights good but do not know if they work. No title or license plate. Yours free to Just haul it off.
