I have more tomato's than I know what to do with. We have 3 times this many already put up and I have given away at least this much.
I have been picking 6-8 per day and letting them get good and ripe in the window.

Good looking tomatoes. Your county extension office should be able to give you the lowdown on canning and freezing.

Post a specific question and I'd bet you get a good answer on here. In the short time this section has been up I've learned several things from some skilled gardners on here.
