I have to do a little, or my wife has to do a little at a time LOL. I'm on light duty. Started canning the potatos this weekend. Next week we should be canning the beans and green beans. Any of you guys can? We can just about everything including wild game and mackeral.

Never canned potatoes Alex, always put 'em in the potato shed. We are just getting started, but my wife, mother in law and I put a hundred or so ears of corn in the freezer.

Darn good lookin spuds!

We plant corn first part of August hope this year is as good as last. I freeze a few for the grill in the husk but we cut and can a lot.

We've canned grean beans, pickles, and strawberry jam (excellent) thus far this year.

Will start on corn tomorrow. Never have canned potatoes, but might give it a try to see what they taste like. Always just store potatoes in a dark place and they last several months that way.

That is some fantastic looking food, Meadowlark. Great work. And I know it's work.
