For a very worthy cause...Here's a few items open for bidding for 2coolers who would like to help but the FANTASTIC fishing trips are a little out of their 'pay grade'..LOL..(like me, for instance)
Here's some hand-made (by this old geezer) writing sticks that might strike someone's fancy. For bidding purposes let's bid separately on them.. Left to right I'll describe them as No. l, No. 2, No.3, and No. 4
No. 1...The 'creme de la creme'..a Majestic pen turned from genuwine South Texas Mesquite. This is a rollerball pen and writes like a dream.. Must weigh a half a pound, but if it's too big to carry, you can just show it off..LOL
No.2...This 'un is an Ultra Cigar rollerball pen made from Texas Ebony...laid on me by GalvBay. This is a smoooooth writer as well...and a beautiful pen...
No. 3...is a REAL, honest-to-God 'Fountain Pen'...with a nib and real ink cartridge refill to minimize leaking. LOL.. Some of you youngsters may not have ever SEEN a real ink pen..and it's a beauty. It's made from some of the most beautiful Rosewood Burl I have ever seen...
No. 4....is for the 'Hunters'..It's made from a .308 cartridge and the top is turned from Whitetail Deer antler. It's a ballpoint pen and it too writes like glass....The clip has a nice Deer head decoration..
OK...Pony up and let's see if we can't help Capt. Mike thru this....AND..knowing the Old Geezer that makes these sticks...I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the winners didn't find a little 'langniappe' (for you non-cajuns..that means 'sumthin' for nuthin') tossed into your box as a thank you...
