Fished Lake Somerville on 5/3 with Greg and wife Teresa of Sugarland. Winds must have blown out of every direction, making it hard to locate the fish. Each time Teresa would catch a fish she would say this is my biggest yet, that is a good thing. It was her first time catfishing.

Only 4 fish had eggs this day meaning females may be finding nests.
Ended day with 50 fish in the cooler as a bonus to the nice day on the water.

Monday fished with Kon and Javier of Houston. Kon is a recent convert from salt water fishing to fresh water. He was excited to learn techniques on how to fish for and where to locate catfish. Javier showed everyone how to catch them. Kon went for Pizza and missed the photo session.
North winds slowed the bite and ended the day with 36 fish.
Fish are still shallow.
