Beneficial Nematodes

Anybody ever use these before on the garden and/or the yard? How did they work? How did you apply them?

My inlaws use them in their yard in their hill country ranch. The come on a sponge and they put them in a sprayer to apply in the yard. Since starting them, they have eliminated fleas and ticks and their yard looks alot better. Only problem is, from what I understand, any use of pesticides or herbicides may kill them so, all organic is the route they go. I thought about getting some myself.
