My wife, son, and I headed to Conroe this morning for some fishing. Since the bass wasn't biteing We ended up hitting the bulkhead and caught 36 cats in about 1.5 hours. The water was getting rough and my anchor wasn't holding very good so we headed in. The fish were between 3-7 lbs. This is a 90 qrt. ice chest.

I was using Punch Bait on a 6/0 hook.

He had a good time, but I have found me a new fishing partner and that being my wife. she had a blast and she also like the bumpy boat ride back to April Plaza marina. :rotfl:

Where did you get those zip loc bags at??? My cousin gave me some just like them, maybe a tad smaller. Those are some nice, thick bags and I am out of them. He works at a plant in Deer Park and I was wondering if they came from there or not.

Well, You can not buy them at any store;). Lets just say they are to make up for what THEY took away in my 401K, but from the north side of the channel.

I hear ya Nitro. I thought they were a specialty item. My cousin must have had some of his 401k taken from him too. I'm going to see if I can't talk him in to getting me some more and we'll leave it at that.

It is more of a stink bait. What I used is called Big Marv's punch/cheese bait. There are others out there.
