Lake Livingston report

Me,my wife and son went out on livingston early sat. morning in search of some catfish.They weren't biting real good and the wind was starting to blow pretty good about 9:00am.We only had 12 cats with our juglines and rod and reels.So,we decided to change plans and try for some white bass.Well it was our lucky day i guess.Ended up with 39 whites and 12 cats.Sorry but i forgot the camera so i didn't get any pics!

That is a good sign. I want to catch some whites around the 190 bridge. I remember as a kid trolling around that Island

Fishfantic that is a great report, I'm hearing about whites caught in the lake lately, were you fishing around the old 190 for the whites?

Hey shad slinger the whites were caught on a hump very close to the 190 road bed.I suspect they should be starting to show up in good numbers at some of the usual spots!Hope this helps and good luck!
