Finally getting some use out of the new boat, but havent gone down on the lake yet. Did some R&R in the river Friday and only caught 2, but was a nice day out (except for the logs and trash from opening up the dam). Saturday caught 3 as soon as i got there and then the flood of wake board boats came out. I swear there was 40 of them out there and i got tired of getting beat to death in the 3 foot waves and came home.
They seem to like cut bait right now. Shad are easy at the mouth of harmon creek or any little side pool with clear water. Anyway, guess i'll fry some up for lunch!
