Livingston report 4/13/09

[Gator gar]

Got on the water at around 7 this morning and caught a few shad at the ramp for bait. The bite was okay, but not like last week. The heavy rainfall the lake had over the week-end may have had something to do with it. I never did see the shad around the banks, like I did last week. Actually, they never did appear.

Anyway, the pics I took of the fish didn't take. We wound up with a half a cooler full of some nice cats and one Goo. The pics that did come out right, are of the fish I fried tonight. Yes, they were good and there is plenty left.

I don't know what happened to my camera, everything had a pink tint to it.

You should have seen the actual fish pics, before I cleaned them, they were all pink. I guess the camera was having a bad day.
