I'm looking to buy some 4500mah or greater sub-c cells, matched if possible in bulk.... approx. 24-48 peices. if anyone knows where i may locate these, please let me know

You dont need matched packs anymore. Not like in the old days. lol

Try here. You can buy unmatched in bulk, or you can buy matched, unassembled 4 and 6 cell packs if you want. I always have them assemble mine, it's cheap and they do a great job.
