Seeking an experienced business partner to manage health and welfare benefits. This company is among the largest global suppliers of rotating equipment solutions, compressors, turbines and control systems. Manage implementation and administration of employee health and welfare programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance and employee assistance plans. Analyze and evaluate services, coverage and options available through insurance and investment companies. Recommend benefit design changes. Lead/negotiate agreements with insurance carriers and financial institutions for optimized administration of benefits programs. Serve as HIPAA Privacy official. Bachelors degree with 10-15 years healthcare and insurance industry experience plus 5 years supervisory experience. This is a six figure job plus bonus. Please pm me and I will respond promptly.
