"Oracle" is not a single system, it's a huge company that sells its own products and builds custom products designed around a tried and true database engine. I don't work for Oracle, I just use and love their database and tools. Sorry for your bad experience! Sad part is it was almost certainly avoidable. Do you know what specific product your company is having troubles with?

yeah oracle sucks.. we use the E-Business Suite for all our projects and jobs
