I'm looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and a fast learner. Duties include disassembling fishing reels, cleaning them, troubleshooting, re-grease/ oil, and finally re-assembly. I can train but you must have a mechanical mind and a sharp eye for small parts. If you have an eye for detail I would also be willing to teach you rod repair.
Part time position available with possible full time management position in the future. This part time position starts at $7.50 per hour. I know it's not much but I have to make sure you're the right person for the job before I invest more. I will be expanding the operation in the near future which will increase workload. This means I will need to hire more employees which would be under your supervision. All employees must sign a non-compete agreement.
