Nearly the entire west wall bulkhead of lake houston north of the bridge is good year round. The shad chase up to the wall in the early morning and just at sunset each night. Expect to pull 2-3 pounders regularly with a few larger fish to keep things exciting. Look for holes with long shelves, then work the holes in a bait drag for the bigger cats.
