Dice.com

Tip, Update your profile every week. It flag the recruiters as a new listing.

try using indeed.com to find jobs in your specialty.

There are only two fields to complete, a keyword and location and it pulls ALL job posting on the interney with the key word you entered. If youa re looking for mechanical engineering jobs use "mechanical engineer" etc...
or just try using engineer makes life easier than checkinga ll the job boards every day etc...

Also to find a recruiter in your specialty or in your area go to TAPC.org this is the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. There is a memebr directory you can search either by specialty or area and contact them or check out their website.

I am a recruiter in San Antonio and have been for 16 years, I have not seen the market this bad in my time and I feel for all of you looking for work. It is tough but do not give up hope or faith it will get better!

I know in San Antonio there are some churches that have started networking and support groups as well so I am sure there is something like that in your market as well.
