It has been quite, and cold. I went 2 days ago and surf fished at MacFaddin Beach all day. I only caught one red (27") and 2 whiting. I tried below the dam on a day that the discharge was increasing and it was no good, as it always is when the water rises quick. I checked it today and its already back down to less than 1,000 cfs and too low for me to launch. The whites are there though, I caught one right before dark the day I went and saw a few others being caught around the same time.
I was hoping to catch that catfish bite but missed it. Should be good for folks with a flat bottom right about now.

I have access to a 17 wide Alum. Lets hook up and go below the dam. Ive been sick the last two weeks and itchin for some fishin. Let me know when its right and we will do it. Im plannin on hittin the river above 19 maybe next weekend.
