With full fishing season ahead I wanted to throw this out to see if anyone or a group of guys is interested.
We have some damage from hurricane Ike. We are offering free weekends at our vacation home in exchange for repair labor. We have three main projects.
1. Wall repair and painting - downstairs(we plan to use OSB)
2. External painting - about 320 square feet
3. Upstairs drywall tape repair and painting. Less than 500 square feet of wall.
We will purchase all supplies. Projects are not that large and can be completed in a day. You are free to spend that weekend for repairs and receive a free weekend any time later in the year. This is great for handy men who like to fish. Work can be done during the week or weekends.
Good opportunity to rent for some of the matagorda and sargent tournaments.
I am also a CPA and willing to also exchange tax preparation charges.
