Well I finally got to try some of that Bird Fishing that Gator Gar & Dbullard have been talking about. I didn't catch many but those I did catch took a while to get into the boat. Of course I loved every minute of it.

I have to say the weather was terrible and the fish were biting very slowwwww. Until that is gator Gar come driving up to me and saying that ice chest was full! I just find it hard to get out there before day light.

On a different note, I have never caught cat fish that big before, and after cleaning them I will be letting those monsters go to produce little ones in the future. I felt bad when I opened one up and there were a bunch of eggs. Live and Learn and Respect.

good looking fish!!!Don't fill to bad even the smaller ones have eggs.It is alright to keep one to eat.We try to release any over 10 but not always possible. It is best if you can stay out away from the roost and throw to them the fish can spoke easy.
The wind can make it hard to do some times.
that is a very nice ****!!

Even though that looks like my tailgate, It's not. Too clean to be mine. Cman, Dbullard doesn't have to know every move I make out there. Me running in to you out there was supposed to be on the down low.LOL.

It was good to meet you for that brief 10 minutes. We're all going to have to get together for some jug fishing, before it is all over with. Take care and we'll talk to you later.

Cman1216 that are very nice blues, bet you had a good time fighting them. Dbullard was giving you good advice on making choices with keepers, it's just like he just he said. Congrats again those are great fish.

You should have scrolled down the post in The Catfish Lounge and read the Post, "Cleaning those big cat's by hand", that I wrote. It might have helped you a little.
