Which is the best eating,,blue ,yellow or channel? When I was young this question almost started a fight while playing 42. An Op is hard to beat but a fried channel about 3lbs area gets my mouth set. I do know the way you cook one has a lot to ones personal taste so be descriptive, we all might learn something new.

I personally like "Blue Catfish" the best b/c they tend to have the least amount of fat and least amount of "gamey" taste. JMO.
