Guys,
Looking for a little input. I'm going to install a built in gas grill and have been looking at a Vermont Castings. I can get a good price. Reviews are generally good, with the exception of the fact they use a 400 series stainless. I spoke with a long time metallurgist about it and he says the main issue with the 400 series is cosmetic in his mind, but if I keep it covered it will be fine, otherwise should hold up well.
I'd love to have a DCS system, but they are quite expensive.
