Done this a few times, but today's is unreal for some reason.

Seasoned with a little Tony's extra spice and a lot of some stuff my wife bought for the Thanksgiving smoked turkey - Urban Accents Gourmet Gobbler smoky peppercorn turkey rub.

Cooked on big green egg for just over an hour at 210 - internal temperature in the breasts of 175.
