View Full Version : Steak seasoning suggestion
Picked up some Pete's Fine Meats Steak Seasoning yesterday. Tried it out last night on a Ribeye cooked on my big green egg.
It was amazing. Would suggest trying it.

Where can I buy it? I use butter, minced garlic and sometimes a little salt free Tony's.

Texas Steak & Seafood Rub
Real lemon zest combined with Jimmy O's legendary Spicy Rub and you've got a true Texas style lemon pepper. There's no substitute on steaks, fajitas, chicken, seafood, wild game and veggies. Try it in your oven or rotisserie on ribs, roasts and poultry. Grill or broil fish and seafood to perfection. Like all Jimmy O's Rubs, No MSG, No Preservatives and no sugar.
This is Jimmy's personal favorite for steaks. See "Recipes".
Pete's Fine Meats is in Houston on Richmond just east of Chimney Rock. They do pretty good game processing and have a great butcher shop.
