Deep fog on thursday gave me the oppurtunity to try out my new GPS fish finder...worked good. Really impressed with the way these things work. Caught 25 fish from 2-4pm fishing under a cork with big marvs. Overcast made it excellent fishing!

Sat- Team Delagarza. Former A&M football stud and repeat guest Aldo delargarza brought his dad out for some kitty chasing. Unfortunately there wasn't much chasing being done. We fished one stop shop and caught till we were sore. Aldo set the bench press record at A&M and admitted he was wore out from Braunig Kitties....good problem to have in my shoes. I really coudln't have asked for a better start to the weekend. I graduated from Texas State University on friday and had the picture perfect fish catching trip on saturday...feeling blessed is an understatement. Truly am grateful to have these great waters to fish in and people to take. Awesome day of fishing with Aldo and his dad...Big Marv and Justin were out too and fished along side. We left with our 50 as they were tearing them up as well. Aldo and dad caught a really big mess of channel cats. Impressive day out on the lake and coudn't have ordered a better day. Just wanted to say thank you to all that have made this a wonderful year and Happy Christmas!
