We are in the process of developing a new market for West Texas Lamb and very interested in a person who can help us make things happen in the Houston/Dallas/SA markets. The position would be to represent the company to Metroplex customers and consumers, develop a strong client base, oversee transportation/delivery, develop pricing strategies, develop A/R and A/P departments, assist with quality control and Halal procedures, and basically get the company moving in a profitable direction very quickly.
This position will require travel between San Angelo, Comanche and other West Texas facilities and the end user locations. We prefer someone with a strong background in wholesale grocery and livestock. At this point the right person will likely tell us what we need and a strong relationship will emerge. A partnership is a distinct possibility.
