HR Manager provides overall generalist leadership for site and/or plant human resources functions, including organizational efficiency development, strategic planning, employee relations, staffing, compensation and performance management. Prefer candidates out of manufacturing industry, this is a non union facility. Support 350 engineer/employees in North Houston. Will work with engineers, production professionals, skill trade, application and research/development engineers. Bachelor's degree in HR - Master's degree strongly preferred.
