This company is one of the world's largest producers of zinc oxide. The company has approximately 300 employees at this location. Worldwide the company has 60,000 employees and are part of a $19B organization. The Director, Global Logistics will report to an Executive Vice President. We are looking for someone with metals/steel experience, heavy freight, trucking and more domestic than international experience. They ship flat bed and enclosed units. This person will develop and implement an "Import Compliance Program" as mandated by the Customs and Border protection agency's rules and regulations. Responsible for supervising the domestic transportation manager and the international transportation manager. Bacehlor's degree and 10-12 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Will pay $100,000 - $110,000 + 20% bonus. Excellent benefits!
