vista has a feature where you can "lock" the computer.
where do i go to set a password?:headknock

If you go to "Control Panel", and then "User Accounts", you should see your account listed. If no password has been setup yet, you should see an option to "Create a Password For Your Account".
After that's completed, your account should be listed as "Password Protected".
