4 turkey breasts, 1 whole turkey, 2 racks babybacks

Seasoning: Brown sugar base, garlic, Tony's, and lemon pepper, sprinkle with worcestershire and add honey to ribs. BBQ at 250-300 till done.

That could possibly be the best looking turkey i've ever seen smoked! Great job...

thanks for the comments! The pit is 30" by 40" cooking surface. I just redid the smoke stack and put casters so I can turn the pit with the wind changes. Here in SW Oklahoma you always have wind just never know what direction.
