I tell you what I have never even heard of this until a couple of years ago when a friend of ours cooked it up for us and holy moly it was good. Now I found it in our local HEB, but it is seasoned. All I do is take out of the package and put it in a tupperware dish and pour Worchestershire sauce all over it and then sprinkle black pepper with worchester on both sides and a little bit of garlic powder. Let it sit for about an hour and then grill it for about 6 or 7 minutes on each side at about 250 or so and man on man it is some good eating!

Are you talking about flank steak? Does it look like fajita beef?

Do you slice it up for fajitas or eat it as steak?
