Forgot how good it really is. The first time I tried this I was expecting a totally different taste. Man was I in for a good suprise.
If you dont currently do this then next time try, rub the dry rub under the chicken's skin as well as over the chicken skin.
I set the chicken with the beer in it in a pan legs down and braise the chicken with the juices (after it has been cooking for an hour so the juices are safe to braise with) that are in the pan about 20 minutes and then again 10 minutes before taking the chicken of the grill.
