Made some excellent smoked sausage in my homemade barrel smoker over the weekend. Turned out very good. 50/50 wild hog and pork butts.

That looks good. I would like to see the smoker myself. My dad and I are going to start building him a vertical smoker this winter. Still looking for good ideas. Homemade sausage in a homemade smoker.....cool.
