Finally managed to get some meat bought after running through what was in the freezer, and the weather Sunday was perfect for cooking.
I slept in a bit and then prepped for a while, fired up the pit, and the meat was on:

After juggling it back and forth to the top rack the sausage was done (maybe even a bit too done:headknock):

While the sausage was cooking I was busy in the kitchen putting the kabobs together. Soon as I moved the sausage to the vertical to stay warm I put the kabobs on:

Before too long the kabobs were done as well:

Now I could rest a bit while the pork loin roast finished:

Then finally the spares finished up:

Even had some left-overs for dinner tonight:

It made for a long day trading the different things in and out, but not as long as a brisket cook.:eek:
Hopefully I cooked enough to have some left over for a few days at least.:slimer:
Still having some trouble getting good pictures with a black smoker and partial sunlight, but did the best I could.
