A friend of mine told me about an easy recipe on how to stuff cabbage for the grill. Simply remove the core of the cabbage and stuff it with your favorite velveda cheeze. Coat the outside of the cabbage with a little oil and Tony's. Cover with foil and add a little h2o, grill till tender. It is delicious. Well we took it up a notch and added jalapanoes, onions, and veggies......Fantastic...It was sooooo goooood.
Sorry there is no photo of the finished product....All Gone!

Any reports yet? Can you get off the commode long enough for an update? I am putting this one down for opening day of deer season.

When U take the core out, rinse off, and try this too. Get some of your favorite bacon, chopped onions and fry up. After cooked, chop up bacon into bits and set aside w/ the onions. Get some tin foil and make a large donut out of it. The cabbage will set on it in your smoker or grill. I smoke/cook mine. Take bacon and onions and some drippings and stuff the core. U can add what U want. Top off w/ some BBQ sauce and let it cook until tender. It may get brown on the outside, if so, U can wrap accordingly w/ foil. My $.02 EM

:rotfl: :rotfl: Pity your hunting partners. However, I do love some cabbage.

The first time I tried it, the only thing in the recipe was Tony's, Velvida, oil, and cabbage. It was good! Deer camp would have been proud! My gf and I spiced it up a bit but the potential for better grilled cabbage recipes are still up for bragging rights. Please post your best and add pictures to boot. Cab-a-que anyone?
