I was searching for a recipe the other night and ran across this one that I had scribbled down long ago but never tried. Cooked it last night and it was very good.
1 envelope lipton vegetable soup mix
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 cups water
1 lb. fish fillets cut in bite sized pieces
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can corn-drained
pepper
Tony's
In sauce pan, combine soup mix and flour. Slowly add milk and water, stirring to a smooth consistency. Bring to a boil, then simmer stirring constantly till chowder thickens, about 5 min. Add fish and corn, simmer stirring occasionally till fish is done, about 5 min. Stir in cheese till melted. Season with black pepper and Tony's
