I have recently bought a 4' green light for bay fishing for trout and red fish. I am wondering if they work in the lakes for crappie? Has anyone on here ever used a gren light for crappie? If so how did it work out for you?
Thanks for any help

yes, they work excellent. fish it like you would for trout. depending on depth of water is is what gauges your light depth.

I've had amazing results fishing for crappie and sandbass with a greenlight. Pulls the baitfish in, which pulls the big fish in. Depends on the lake, though...in my opinion, the clearer the water, the better it works.

Where can you purchase the light. What brand/type? What do you mount it too. Does anyone have any pics.
