Went there Friday Night..
We caught 2 quick limits of stripes on topwaters..
But Dannnnnggggg the water was LOW..had to pull the boat over a bar to get to the Cable...all the cats we caught were 6" -10"..
the side Gate was locked down & untill they realease some more water..dont waste your time or Prop tryin to get there..
It was a job just gettin to the cable with the trollin motor

Ya you could..but by the time you get up to the dam..your gonna be tired..lol
