Boat is out of the shop...going to Conroe....

I am fixing up my dad's boat.....Power pack was out...$$$$$....should get it back next week. I want to take my wife and son to Conroe next weekend to try our luck at jugging for some of the cat's I keep seeing you guy's catch. Any pointers on where exiactly to go, what to use, and how to do it......What kinda jug set up do you use? Thanks for any help...

Thanks Bozo If we get to go this weekend I will post some results. My son has realy been after me to get him back on the water, had to sell my boat last year and we have not ben able to fish much since. Thanks again.

Made it out to Caney creek friday evening to put out our Jugs. Went back to check them this morning and ended up with 8 nice channels. Not big numbers but for our first trip out and not having time to catch bait and just using premade stink bait not too bad I guess. Thanks again Bozo!!
