Guy's I'm going to RC the first of July for about a week of fishing. I'll have a boat, and want to catch some cats, and white bass. I've never been on the lake, but plan on buying a map. Can anyone point me in the right direction as far as where is places not to fish and place where I'd have better luck. I don't wanna waste the week "looking" for the fish. I'd rather have several spots figured out to actually fish. Any information will be helpfull. Again not looking for the secret spots, just some general areas and tips about this lake.
Thanks,
Junior

I've fished RC for about 10 years To me it is a hard lake to figure out.
I would fish the 309 flats for sandies and hybrids in the early morning and late eveing
just look for all the boats and watch for birds.
catfish I would fish the creek channels in chambers arm.
just my 2 cents.
