ok first off on a full moon and a after front , we knew not to get there early, we were right. on the pond by 10am . hit he disch. till 2pm.... NADA....

moved to the 17' treetops , still nothing

about 3pm we went back to the disch, folks were whacking em about 4pm , some doubles

we left em biting, unfortunately wife call.....right when they started popping shad

liver or shrimp in the rocks on a cork,,,,,,,,,stay late, limits right at sundown

we boxed 6 and should have stayed

I have been putting off going there, because all the catfish gurus of the board haven't been doing well. I was starting to wonder if we had depleted the stock! LOL

There's so much bait on that lake that I doubt the stock will be depleted anytime soon. Regardless, only about a handful of people actually catfish that lake. If it can handle the bass fishing pressure and still produce 60+ a day, the catfish should have no problem.
