This is an easy to cook fish recipe that my family enjoys.

3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 lbs. fish fillets
1/2-1 lb cooked shrimp (I use the frozen cocktail shrimp from HEB)
!/4 cup grated parmesan cheese ( I don't like parmesan so I sprinkle on a healthy layer of colby/jack on about 10 min before the end of cooking time.

1. Preheat oven to 325

2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over med. low heat. Whisk in flour to make a paste. Gradually wisk in milk. Stirring constantly, cook until sauce starts to thicken.

3. Select a pan that will accomodate all the fillets in one layer. Coat with cooking spray. Arrange fish in pan and cover with shrimp. Pour white sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

4. Bake, uncovered for 20-25 min. After baking I season with a little Tony's.
